"Kaizen" = Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuous improvement and your suggestions and ideas are central to achieving this - please share!

AKA is committed to Agile Principle #12: regularly reflecting, learning and adjusting to improve effectiveness. We do not treat course development as a one-time exercise. We continuously review our content, delivery methods and student experience to ensure they remain current, practical and relevant to government professionals. Your feedback is an important part of that process. This direct feedback channel allows you to share what is working, what could be clearer and what would make the learning more useful in your role.

Earn a Commission!

Have an idea for a course that would benefit you, your team or the broader government professional community?

You never know the impact of your idea can have on others (and their government careers) - it could be a game changer! Tell us about the workplace need, the audience and the skills or knowledge the course should address. Your idea could help shape a new Aligned Knowledge Academy course or service. When a submitted idea is selected, developed and published, the contributor may be invited to enter into a referral incentive agreement. Under that agreement, you may earn up to a 30% commission for each eligible student who purchases the course through your approved referral link or code for as long as the course remains active, subject to the applicable program terms.
